After gaining industry experience from installing and maintaining large water features, patios and walkways, during high school and college breaks, our founder, Greg Parachojuk decided to open his own company.

In 2017 Greg would start Valley Lawn and Landscape, wholly dedicated to large acreage residential landscape maintenance. The name was later changed to become Valley Outdoor Design to better describe the influx of work from landscape designs in Merrimac.

In 2018 Errol joined Greg as an active partner to share the burgeoning workload.

In 2019 following our incorporation Valley Outdoor Design began offering commercial property maintenance including snow removal services to Homeowner Associations and national store brands.

In 2023 Granite Pool and Outdoor Living, our separate outdoor living division was created to focus on the high demand for our high quality custom design-build services allowing us to streamline the client experience processes. 

Today, approaching 2026 we are a lean but diverse organization led by Greg's strategy, guided by Errol's corporate background and have been joined by several other family members with responsibility for the daily operation of the company and client interface as they bring their expertise in management and business to bear.

From the start, we have designed, built, and maintained quality landscaping throughout Eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire and landscaping in Amesbury.
