Warranties

 Valley Outdoor Design offers a 30 Day warranty on all plant material - trees, shrubs, flowers, etc. All plant material must be maintained following plant health guidelines given to the Client post-installation. You may also elect to have our team perform maintenance on the installed plants post-installation. We reserve the right to deny warranties if proper care has not been given to installed plant material. Valley Outdoor Design reserves the right to perform warranty work at our own discretion. Warranty work will not be performed if there is an outstanding balance due. 

 Due to difficult varying conditions Valley Outdoor Design does not warranty sod or grass installations. Valley Outdoor Design only installs sod if irrigation is present in the installed area, or if temporary irrigation is set-up. We reserve the right to deny warranties if proper care has not been given to installed plant material. Valley Outdoor Design reserves the right to perform warranty work at our own discretion. Warranty work will not be performed if there is an outstanding balance due.
