Warranties

 Valley Outdoor Design LLC offers a standard 30 Day warranty on all plant material used only if we perform maintenance on the installed plants post-installation or per your contract. You may opt out of the standard plant warranty with Maintenance. Valley Outdoor Design reserves the right to perform warranty work at our own discretion. Warranty work will not be performed if there is an outstanding balance due, litigation or threat of litigation. 

 Due to difficult varying conditions Valley Outdoor Design does not warranty sod or grass installations. Valley Outdoor Design only installs sod if irrigation is present in the installed area, or if temporary irrigation is set-up. We reserve the right to deny warranties if proper care has not been given to installed plant material. Valley Outdoor Design reserves the right to perform warranty work at our own discretion. Warranty work will not be performed if there is an outstanding balance due.
